Ingredients
▢ 1 Refrigerated Pie Crust
▢ 6 large eggs
▢ ¾ cup whole milk (or heavy cream)
▢ ½ tsp Salt
▢ ¼ tsp pepper
▢ 1 cup Cooked Ham (diced)
▢ 2 Green Onions (finely chopped)
▢ ¾ cup cheddar cheese (shredded) divided
▢ ¾ cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded) divided
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Place the pie crust into the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan. Crimp the edges of the pie crust and gently stab the bottom of the crush with a fork to prevent it from puffing up too much while baking.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the ham, green onions and ½ cup of each type of shredded cheeses into the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture on top of these ingredients in the pie crust.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until the center is completely set. Gently tent the top of the quiche with foil for the last 10-15 minutes of the cook time if the crust starts to get too brown.
Let the quiche cool for 5-10 minutes to set and then it’s ready to slice and serve.
