Ingredients

▢ 1 Refrigerated Pie Crust

▢ 6 large eggs

▢ ¾ cup whole milk (or heavy cream)

▢ ½ tsp Salt

▢ ¼ tsp pepper

▢ 1 cup Cooked Ham (diced)

▢ 2 Green Onions (finely chopped)

▢ ¾ cup cheddar cheese (shredded) divided

▢ ¾ cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded) divided





Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  • Place the pie crust into the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan. Crimp the edges of the pie crust and gently stab the bottom of the crush with a fork to prevent it from puffing up too much while baking.  

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. 

  • Sprinkle the ham, green onions and ½ cup of each type of shredded cheeses into the pie crust. 

  • Pour the egg mixture on top of these ingredients in the pie crust. 

  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top. 

  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until the center is completely set. Gently tent the top of the quiche with foil for the last 10-15 minutes of the cook time if the crust starts to get too brown.  

  • Let the quiche cool for 5-10 minutes to set and then it’s ready to slice and serve.
